and 'Macy's Holiday Parade' in 2003 and 2004.
Daniel was born and raised in Kensington, Maryland. As a small child of four, his father, David H. Ingraham (1923-1985), would sit him on his lap to watch late night re-runs of 'King Kong' (1933), 'The Wolfman' (1941), etc. He began making Super-8 movies in middle school with one of his closest childhood friends, musician and music producer James "Jay" Robbins (Govt. Issue, Jawbox & Burning Airlines). Daniel, further, developed his obsession with anything makeup, effects, movies and theatre while attending Albert Einstein High School in his home town. After high school he attended Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland, earning 2 A.A. degrees, one in Sociology/Criminal justice (1988) and the other in Technical Theatre (1990). In 1991 he moved to Central Florida to pursue a career in entertainment. Between 1991 and 1994 he studied make up and effects under several exceptional artists, including the greatest living make up artist, Dick Smith.
He has worked on several features and shorts over the years including, but not limited to, the producer of 'The Blair Witch Project,' Gregg Hale's final project at UCF called 'Third Shifters.' His available credits include: 'Paradise Lost' (1999), 'Extreme Force' (a.k.a. Extreme Dragon, 2001), 'Deadly Species' (2003) and 'Night' (2006). Night was produced in association with Daniel's production company, Glass Asylum Productions. He also created all of the movie's make up effects, special effects and various props through the F/X shop he owns; Infinite Mirth Studio.
In November of 2004, Daniel began working with Mickey M. Bonura, who he's been close friends with for many years. Together they wrote 'The Coffin,' a feature length, anthology style, supernatural thriller. Daniel and Mickey plan to co-produce and co-direct this feature. Daniel and Mickey have several other projects in the works.
